Reception for Toy Soldiers

Toy Soldiers grossed $4.2 million on its opening weekend, finishing in third place behind Oscar ($5.1 million) starring Sylvester Stallone and A Kiss Before Dying ($4.4 million) starring Matt Dillon and Sean Young and ahead of Out for Justice ($4.01 million) starring Steven Seagal.

The film would gross $15.1 million in its theatrical run.

Legacy
