Reception for No Strings Attached

No Strings Attached grossed $19.7 million in its opening weekend, placing No. 1 at the domestic box office, ahead of The Green Hornet ($17.7 million) and The Dilemma ($9.1 million).

The film would gross $149.2 million worldwide in its theatrical release.

Roger Ebert gave the film two out of four stars in his review, saying “This is a strange film. Its premise is so much more transgressive than its execution. It’s as if the 1970s never happened, let alone subsequent decades.”
